A Certified & Registered Health Coach is someone who is a master of habit and lifestyle change. It is so much more than just fitness and nutrition. It's a whole new way of being. I help my clients change their habits and lifestyle for good so they can reach and maintain their health and wellness goals, without constantly thinking about it! My ultimate goal is to create realistic and sustainable change over a 12 week period. I teach my clients how to become their own advocate for health and change, so the can maintain their health for the rest of their life!

I have extensive education (Kinesiology degree, Exercise Physiology) and training in the health and wellness field. I completed a 300 hr certification course on health coaching methods to ensure that I am giving my clients the absolute best results possible!

I have also taken the initiative to Register with the Canadian Health Coach Alliance, so my clients know that they are trusting a professional with their health.  If you have a benefit plan, with a health spending account or Kinesiology coverage, some of your program cost could be submitted to insurance!
