I worked with Emily through the 90 day Transformation she offers and I honestly don’t know where I would be if I had not gone through that program.
Before the program I was strict dieting, restricting foods, and often binging on the weekends. I was at an “ok” weight for myself, but I wasn’t satisfied and I wanted to lose more…but I was really having a hard time with the meal plans I was making for myself and the way I was eating. It wasn’t fun. But at the same time I was really fearful to eat any other way because4 I thought it would make me gain all my weight back.
With Emily’s help, I stopped strict dieting, that was a hard week, I ate pasta probably 3 times that week, but to my surprise I lost 2 lbs! It was easy! EVEN while skipping the gym twice that week!
She helped me learn how to relax, and spend more time doing things I really enjoy instead of spending 2.5 hours in the gym, now I’m at the gym for maybe an hour, 1.5 hours at the most.
She also helped me to realize that I had been sabotaging my own progress by getting sugary coffee all the time because I was afraid of losing other important people in my life. We came up with a solution that let me still get coffee with my friend, instead now I just drink it black!
There are so many things along the way she helped me with, and overall, they led to the relaxed, happier me that I have now. Without her help, I would still be staring at myself in the mirror and hating my body, going through binge and restrict cycles, and weighing myself daily. I wouldn’t feel like I can maintain my weight like I can now. And I wouldn’t be as confident in my skin as I am now. Emily’s program helped me with all of this, and I can’t wait to see the Me I become after working with her more
