THIS UNIQUE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO HELP YOU MANAGE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH (ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION) THROUGH LIFESTYLE, HEALTH AND MINDSET CHANGES

This 90 day program includes:

  • 1 - on - 1 health coaching with me

  • One weekly 60 minute call or video chat, email/text support between sessions, support and accountability in making habit changes

  • Handouts and homework each week

  • Fix your gut health and balance hormones that can cause anxiety and depression

  • Find movement that works for you, your body, and your mind

  • Discover where your anxiety/depression came from so you can proactively work through negative situations and thoughts
