As a Registered and Certified Holistic Health Coach, I am here to help you support your health and life in a way that you have never experienced before. My techniques are not "quick fix diets" or "fad diets", they are habits that will help you sustain a happy and healthy lifestyle. I am very passionate about managing mental health and wellness through lifestyle and without medication!

My approach is based on 20% nutrition and 80% habit change. This change comes from you, a change in mindset, a change in heart and a growing awareness of your body's own health intuition, so you can become your own best health expert.

I am your biggest cheerleader (encouraging you to be your healthiest self) and your tough love coach (giving you a kick in the butt when you need it the most). I am here for you when you need assistance and to help you find your inspiration and happiness. Your path to ongoing health is a journey, and I am here to make it easy, fun and sustainable.

As a Registered Holistic Health Coach, Kinesiologist and an Exercise Physiologist, my goal and passion is to help you to live a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life.
