Hi! I’m Emily! I’m a Registered and Certified Holistic Health Coach, Kinesiologist and Exercise Physiologist, here to help you support your health and life in a way that you have never experienced before! I am super passionate about helping women cut the BS, get healthy (and stay that way), be confident, stress less and live a happy, authentic, badass life!

My coaching techniques are not "quick fix diets" or "fad diets". I teach you how to live and eat intuitively, change your mindset (a whole lot of personal growth & confidence) and create real habits that will help you sustain a happy and healthy life (WHO DOESN”T WANT TO LIVE THAT WAY?!).

My online holistic health coaching programs specialize in total health transformations, brain and mood health (depression/anxiety management), drug free fertility and digestive disorders.

My approach is based on 20% nutrition and 80% habit change. This change comes from you, a change in mindset, a change in heart and a growing awareness of your body's own health intuition, so you can become your own best health expert.

I am your biggest cheerleader (encouraging you to be your healthiest self) and your tough love coach (giving you a kick in the butt when you need it the most). I am here for you when you need assistance and to help you find your inspiration and happiness. Your path to ongoing health is a journey, and I am here to make it easy, fun and sustainable.

As a Registered Holistic Health Coach, Kinesiologist and an Exercise Physiologist, my goal and passion is to help you to live a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life.

Brain and Mood Health (Anxiety & Depression)

1-on-1 or group coaching

If you feel like you have tried everything to manage your mental health, this might be the option for you! This 90 day program will help you manage anxiety and depression through lifestyle, health and mindset changes. We work on proper nutrition (without dieting) to balance gut health and hormones, find movement that you and your body loves, increasing confidence and self love and working through the root causes of anxiety and depression so you can heal from the inside out.

Drug Free Fertility (Infertility)

1-on-1 coaching only

This unique 90 day program is designed to help you increase the chances of natural conception (but it can also be combined with IVF/IUI treatment). I help you balance hormones naturally, eat for your body (and baby), reduce systemic stress & cortisol, find healthy movement, increase your confidence and work through the anxieties/stress that comes from fertility challenges, so you can have the space/mindset to welcome a child into your body.

Total Health and Wellness Transformation

1-on-1 or group coaching

This 90 day program is deigned to hep you completely transform your health, lifestyle, mindset and confidence for good! Learn to eat intuitively (AKA NEVER DIET AGAIN), cultivate self love and confidence, and change the way you think so health becomes easy. This program will completely change the way you think and live your life so you will no longer feel stuck and will have the confidence to live your best life ever!

 
 

Fitness & Kinesiology

If you are looking to get in better physical shape or rehab an injury, you are in the right place! As a Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Exercise Physiologist, I specialize the functional training/rehab and and working with clients who have chronic conditions. I offer in person appointments in Squamish, BC as well as online programming.

Personal Training/Kinesiology @ Mountain Fitness, Squamish, BC

In person (1-on-1 or small group) focusing on functional training, proper muscular patterning, rehab and preventing injuries. I specialize in working with athletes, clients with chronic or medical conditions (musculoskeletal, diabetes, heart disease, neuromuscular) and the healthy population.

I am also taking ICBC clients with Kinesiology coverage in Squamish, BC.

Personalized Online Fitness Programs

Don’t need the accountability of in person training? A personalized online program might be the right option for you! I focus heavily on functional movements, form and helping your body move well so you can go live your life without being so sore that you can’t move. These programs will help you reach and exceed your fitness goals. I include weekly check ins for accountability. This is not a one size fits all program, so this is perfect if you have an injury or are training for a specific sport.

4 Week Functional Fitness Program

This program is a beginner/intermediate level functional training program that focuses on getting your body moving well, hip/knee stability, core stability and functional strength. Spoiler alert: you will not be doing any bicep curls or crunches in this program.

This program is great for those who want to have the functional strength to do the adventures they love with ease (and without pain).
